STATUS
I give consent for Owners Unity CVP and their third-party providers to collect and store my personal information from the date of collection until the date that is 12 months after I am no longer covered by their CVP verification, as will be advised to me.
I confirm that the information I will provide to Owners Unity CVP and their third-party providers will be true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I understand that Owners Unity CVP will co-operate fully with any criminal/civil proceeding commenced against me, one of my team members, or our project and will provide my personal information to any authorised requesting authority.
I understand and agree that Owners Unity may, on behalf of one or more third parties or in its own right, institute civil proceedings against me, my team members, and/or my project in the event that I, we, or my project commits any action that Owners Unity, in its sole discretion, considers constitutes fraudulent, dishonest or deceptive misconduct (whether or not Owners Unity or any third party has suffered any loss or damage), including rug pulls.
I acknowledge that paying for CVP does not gaurantee a passing of the CVP requirements to obtain a certificate of completion. All verification parameters must be met in order to successfully pass CVP.
Once payment is made no refunds will be granted no matter the outcome of the application.
